Yesterday I was on Better Connecticut to discuss The Good House with the fabulous Scot Haney.
While I was waiting backstage, I met a very lovely actress named Brooke Tinsley.
Brooke, who has performed in many Broadway hits, was appearing on the show to help promote From Broadway With Love, a benefit performance for the families of Sandy Hook which is taking place this Monday, January 28, at the Palace Theater in Waterbury Connecticut. Many famous Broadway actors and actresses from your favorite shows will be in Waterbury on Monday to help raise money for Sandy Hook. What a great way to spend a cold Monday night. And I was on the show to promote my book. Here’s the clip.
Tonight, I will be at RJ Julia in Madison, CT at 7:00 PM. I’ll be reading and signing copies of The Good House. It’s a great bookstore. They sell hot drinks (cold ones too).

Can’t wait for tonight. It will be so much fun.
Great Interview! I can hardly wait to read the book….ANTICIPATION!!!!!
What a fun interview!!
Fun interview! Fabulous hair!
Ann, Thanks so much for posting this!!!! I’m a little late to the party (felled by ‘flu…) but I read THE Good House and LOVED it!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! (and BIG congrats!!!).
Our Chicago local news had a segment this morning on – From Broadway with Love and how some of the school choir is performing with the actors. It was a nice shout out.
Thank you so much for The Good House! It was one of the first great books I read this year and I wish you huge, like, Hunger-Games level success. I think it would make a great movie too… hint, hint.
(Long time reader, first time poster. Woot!)
