Gabriel is feeling better. The swelling has gone way down and he’s MUCH perkier. Here he is gazing out of his stall (still not looking terribly happy.)
Remember Lulu, who had the hip replacement last April? Well, she has totally recovered. Here’s a before and after:
Really, have you ever seen a better looking dog? She was a rescue, found in Louisiana as a pup. Perfection in a dog, our Lulu. We’re all completely besotted with her.

Glad to hear everyone is better. Pets are a big part of my life here at home and at work. I have two dogs and work at a daycare for dogs! I love all your pet pics and stories! Keep them coming!!!

I’m so impressed with what great care and love you guys give your pets. By the way, I love the photo of the flowers. That was great luck to get that photo just in time!
It just goes to show how much your wonderful pets respond to all the loving care that you and your family bestow upon them. They are thriving and living the good life.
Even the deer appreciate all your efforts
I too have that problem. Seems the deer look at our landscaping efforts as an ALL YOU CAN EAT salad bar. But what can you do – other than enjoy them for what they are- after all – we moved into their territory -right?
