Well, dear World Wide Web, the day has finally arrived. You may listen to my new radio program IN HOUSE now! Just click on this link to hear it. Okay, well you click on that link and you're brought to a page that tells you all about how great the show is, and then you click on a link called "listen". Then, alas, you must click on an arrow next to my name and then an arrow in the top left hand corner AND THEN you may listen to my show. Trust me, it's easier than it sounds, all the clicking takes about a nanosecond. Hopefully, the radio webpage will be simplified soon.
But please give me your honest feedback. I'm editing future shows and would love to hear what you like or don't like about the first show. Thanks!

Love it! Your voice sounds terrific, very buttery to begin with and then joyful and interested throughout the interview. The mix of house and life and love and career is all good, intriguing and fun. Fascinating to hear all of the ups and downs and lefts and rights that life takes and how it all effects how one lives and loves (and choice of house)!
BRAVA! BRAVA!

Ann, you did a fine job with your first radio interview on "IN House". I found that very interesting.
It was also nice to hear your voice....makes you a real person instead of fingers on a keyboard.
I liked the sound of your voice, the only thing you need to work on is your rapid fire delivery. I do understand that takes a lot of work and practice and those who can control their speech have had years of broadcast school.
Overall a fine job, continued success to you.

Thanks John and Annie, I know that my anxiety makes my words escape my lips like rapid machine-gun fire. I think you'll see that I get better with each one. Am editing shows three, four, and five now. Thanks for tuning in!
Am really looking for an agorophobic to interview. If anyone knows a willing shut-in, I'd love it if you could hook me up. Ann

It sounded so completely natural, as if you were in your living room having a conversation with this man, and it seemed clear that the two of you were REALLY enjoying each other's company and the conversation - you were fully engaged with each other, and that made the whole thing come alive for me. I agree with whoever it was above who said that your delivery was a little rapid-fire, although that's a lot of what made it sound so engaged and natural. And by the way you have a great voice - full of laughter and interest and joyfulness; who you are comes through in a really attractive and enjoyable way.

Ann, I truly enjoyed your show! I found your energy, as well as Richard's, to be invigorating to listen to. I loved how you naturally interrupted one another, just like most of us do in real life conversations. And I felt that the timing of the piece was perfect: any shorter and I would have wished for more, and much longer and I would have started to wander. So kudos to you, on a job well done!

Anne, Great first show - so fascinating and a theatre for the mind. I love the martini story as I could picture the ceiling of nails. And how funny to hear that other people painted around the furniture, I thought that only happened to us. The interview was delightful and refreshing to hear two "friends" conversing. You can feel the passion in your questioning to find the key of what magic the house holds that makes it a home. Can't wait until the next podcast. Don't change a thing, your rapid-fire delivery is perfect for this format. It captures your excitement!

Just listened...and so enjoyed it.
I love how you went around from topic to topic, but kept coming back to the same general theme. It was exciting, and interesting. Funny that you kept calling him Denis. I will definitely be tuning in next time. :)

I thought you did really well and, as a rapid talker myself, I appreciated the natural flow of the conversation. It wasn't like you talked so fast that you couldn't be understood. It was clear what you were saying.
The interview was great. Your interviewee did a really good job as well. He seemed very natural and a good conversationalist as well. I could totally picture his house and it sounded lovely. Once my youngest is in high school, I'd like to get a really old house like that in the country here and re-do it. That would be a dream and I loved hearing about his beautiful home.
